Business Development Officer- Corporate Advertising 

As a New Business Development at Noony Media Studios, you are a results-driven individual with 5+ years of overall sales experience and a minimum of 2 years of new business sales in the digital media industry. You identify, target, and sell prospects in roles from CMO to Digital Marketing Manager. Your strong communication skills, both oral and written, contribute to your ability to demonstrate how Noony Media Studio solutions align with the prospects’ stated needs and goals. This position is competitive by nature, requiring a hunger to meet and exceed quotas, but also requires the ability to work within a team structure.




  • Prospecting – be able to identify, qualify, contact, and close new business opportunities by understanding how our solutions address specific business needs

  • Connect with CMO’s and other digital marketing officers to present and negotiate a win/win solution

  • Present solutions and proposals to high-level decision-makers

  • Collaborate with our internal marketing team to ideate and create a solution that meets each client's’ specific needs

  • Negotiate profitable contracts to closed won

  • Meet/Exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals




  • 2+ years of professional experience selling in the digital marketing space

  • 5+ years in the sales profession

  • Proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet goals and deadlines

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales efforts to digital marketing decision makers

  • Ability to negotiate and form mutually beneficial relationships

  • Proficiency using Salesforce

  • Solid understanding of the SEO and online Paid Media space

  • Willing and able to travel within the continental US, as required

  • Have a valid drivers' license, and a clean driving record

This role is commission only successful candidates will be considered for full-time salary position after 3 months.

Account Executive


The Account Executive will be responsible for growing revenue  through the development and sale of creative advertising solutions to clients. The AE will develop a solid understanding of our ad products and have solid consultative selling skills to be able to best develop solutions to meet client needs and close deals. Revenue closure, account relationship building, customer satisfaction, and product implementation success are key responsibilities.



  • Aggressively meet and develop strong business relationships with all buyers, media planners and brand managers in your assigned territory

  • Ensure optimal market coverage, professional client engagements, increasing awareness of products, services and capabilities

  • Identify and develop strategies for penetrating key accounts and prospects

  • Provide continual input and assessments to sales management in order to drive ongoing improvements in sales strategy and approach

  • Achieve Quarterly revenue targets as assigned by Digital Sales Management

  • Manage the opportunity pipeline and revenue forecasting

  • Participate in weekly pipeline, and proposal review meetings

  • Identify, coordinate, and attend all appropriate local marketing and advertising association events



  • 3 + years in digital media sales in a media company

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
